  • Day 3: Guided Meditation Practice: Guided meditation, relaxation techniques, maybe even some Chinese medicinal tactics, oh my!

  • Day 4: Learning to Honor Sleep: Honor sleep? What is this guy talking about?

  • Day 5: Sleep in Ancient Philosophy: Let’s explore what traditions like Theravada Buddhism, Tibetan Buddhism, and Daoism have to say on this topic.

  • Day 6: Guided Meditation Practice: We’ve thrown a lot at you at this point, let’s check in and see how everyone is doing.

  • Day 7: Factors That Contribute to Sleep: We can’t fix sleep in a vacuum; we need to talk about diet, exercise, meditation, etc.
